The George Washington University (GW) Nanofabrication and Imaging Center (GWNIC) provides university-wide core resources and state-of-the-art equipment for research in nanoscience, applied nanotechnology, biological, biomedical, translational and materials sciences.
Nanofabrication Equipment
The GWNIC Nanofabrication Suite and Class 100 cleanroom has major instrument clusters for:
- lithography
- deposition and etching
- measurement and characterization
Microscopy Instrumentation
The GWNIC Microscopy Suites feature the latest microscopy instrumentation including:
- light
- confocal
- transmission electron
- scanning electron
Sample preparation equipment and services are also available.
